Abstract This study investigated the effect of extraction time on yield, phytochemical content in form phenolic and flavonoid compounds, functional groups contained amla seed oil extract. The research was conducted by using hexane solvent equipped with a stirrer at speed 400 rpm 60 °C for 30 120 minutes. results showed that affected yield oil. highest obtained an It can be proven morphological structure analysis scanning electron microscope.
